Khalagor Terms & Conditions — Know Before You Play

1General Terms & Introduction

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between Khalagor and all its users. By using the Khalagor website or app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms.

Khalagor is an online Sports Betting platform built for betting enthusiasts in Bangladesh. To use our services, you must agree to the following terms.

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You are creating this account in your own name and for your own use.
• You are not accessing the platform from a region or country where online betting is prohibited by law.
• All information you provide must be truthful and accurate.

2Account Registration & Verification

To register on Khalagor, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false or incomplete details may result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Information Required for Registration

• Full Name (as it appears on your National ID)
• Active mobile number
• Email address (optional but recommended)
• Date of birth
• Banking or mobile banking details (for payments)

KYC Verification

Khalagor may verify your identity for withdrawals above a certain amount or if suspicious activity is detected. This process may require a copy of your national ID or passport. Failure to cooperate with KYC verification may result in temporary account suspension.

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are created, all of them will be closed.

3Deposits & Payment Methods

Khalagor supports Bangladesh's major mobile banking services — Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Keep the following in mind when making a deposit.

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
• No processing fee on deposits.
• If a deposit fails, you will automatically receive a notification about the failed transaction.
• Deposits from third parties or from another person's account are not accepted.

4Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw funds from Khalagor, your account must be verified and the Wagering Requirement must be met.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the Wagering requirement has been met.
• The maximum withdrawal per day is ৳50,000.

Khalagor reserves the right to place any withdrawal request on hold for additional verification, particularly when a transaction appears unusual or there is suspicion of money laundering.

5Betting Terms & Conditions

Before placing a bet on Khalagor, please familiarise yourself with the core rules below. These rules apply across all sports categories.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the Cash Out feature).
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets are generally refunded, though rules may vary for specific markets.
• Khalagor is not liable for bets lost due to network or system issues.
• Khalagor reserves the right to void any bet placed on obscured or incorrect odds.
• Odds may change during live betting — the odds at the time of confirmation are final.

Parlay Bet

A parlay or combo bet combines multiple events into a single wager. If any one selection loses, the entire parlay is lost. Khalagor supports parlays with up to 12 events.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonus and promotion offers at Khalagor come with specific terms. Please read them carefully before accepting any bonus.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own Wagering Requirement — generally between 3x and 5x.
• Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; the Wagering requirement must be completed first.
• The same person may not use the same bonus more than once.
• Bonuses not used within the specified period will be automatically forfeited.
• Accounts may be terminated if bonus abuse is detected.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Khalagor. If any such activity is detected, the account will be suspended and the balance forfeited.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or other technical means.
• Registering with a false identity or using another person's information.
• Placing bets in a deliberate pattern to abuse bonuses.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to Khalagor's systems.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Khalagor may suspend or close an account at any time without prior notice. This typically occurs under the following circumstances.

• For violating the Terms & Conditions.
• If evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity is found.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• At the user's own request.

To close your account, please contact support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance before the account is closed.

9Limitation of Liability

Khalagor does not accept liability for the following.

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• Funds lost due to the user's own error.
• Payment delays due to third-party system issues.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government directives).

Khalagor strives to maintain a high quality of service, but may not be able to provide compensation for losses caused by server downtime or technical issues.

10Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises with Khalagor, please first attempt to resolve it through our customer support.

• Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the incident.
• The support team will provide an initial response within 7 business days.
• If an issue is not resolved by support, it can be escalated to a higher authority.

In all disputes, Khalagor's system logs and records will be treated as the definitive evidence.

11Responsible Betting

Khalagor places the highest importance on responsible betting. We want every member to see betting as a source of enjoyment, not financial stress.

• Only bet what you can afford — never borrow money to place bets.
• Use the deposit limit feature to manage your spending.
• Request Self-Exclusion if needed.
• If you notice signs of betting addiction, please seek professional help.
